DESCRIPTION

Sesame halva is a traditional dessert characteristic of the cuisines of Iran, Turkey, Israel, Arab countries and numerous regions of the Balkans and Eastern Europe. In the traditional version, it consists of two INGREDIENTS
. Agro's aromatic organic sesame halva contains no white sugar, but instead is sweetened with natural, mineral-rich honey. Sesame seeds are known for their high content of mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as niacin, i.e. vitamin B3 compounds, and the richness in amino acids. Sesame oil provides the body with macronutrients such as phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium as well as iron, zinc, copper and manganese. High quality sesame halva shows its properties for the body by helping to regulate cholesterol levels and improving the complexion of the skin. But most of all, it is a nutritious snack that can successfully replace other sweets and processed products. It tastes good on its own, as an addition to desserts or as a small snack in between.
